WRISTBANDS REQUIRED.  Must be worn BEFORE< entering pool, BBQ and clubroom area.
April 1st through October 31st (for ages 4 and up).  Dates are subject to change based on 
Holidays and excluding Spring Break.  During Spring Break wrist bands must be worn and an additional
$30.00  per person fee for the wrist bands for guests 18-29 years old.
There IS NO issuing or selling of extra wristbands at any time.
NO Children Under 14 years are allowed in the Adult Jacuzzi.  Children under 14 years
MUST be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old in the pool area.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS Allowed in the pool/BBQ area.  This includes bottles,
cookware, or glass jars (condiments).   Breakage of Glass in the pool/BBQ are is subject to an
immediate $150.00 fine plus administrative charge for cleanup.
No misuse or damage of property in the recreational easement area and common area.
Do Not use foul language in the presence of other guests.
NEED TO BE respectful to Gulfview I Staff
NO PETS allowed in the pool/BBQ area.  Only service dogs are allowed in the poo/BBQ area with proper identification.
No gas grills can be in the BBQ area.
NO Hard Throwing Objects, Such as Hard Balls In The Pool Areas:
Only Beach Balls Allowed.
NO Diving, Running or Rough Play Allowed in the Recreational Area.
No Luggage Carts or Shopping  Carts Allowed In The Recreational Area.
NO Foam Body/Boogie Boards Allowed In The Pool Area.
NO Loud Music in the pool/BBQ area.
Do Not Obstruct the Jacuzzi Jets.
USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IS NOT ALLOWED.  LOCAL POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES AND/OR WILL BE CONSIDERED AS CRIMINAL TRESPASSING (REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES) BEING IMPOSED.
